> We are homeowners in the Meadows at Hampton,  a housing development in the Northern suburbs of Pittsburgh which is currently being developed by Madia Homes, Inc.. My wife and I purchased our condominium in the summer of 2012 and prior to taking occupancy in the Fall of 2012, we had contracted Madia Homes to convert the entire lower floor into a recreation room, a full bath, an office/bedroom and a walk-in closet as well as two sizeable storage areas. Luke and his father, Frank, completed the project to our complete satisfaction, despite the fact that we were in Minnesota during the work period and did not see the finished product until we moved in. Luke was also the selling agent and answered all questions promptly, completely and satisfactorily during the buying process. He has also helped with several follow-up projects these past three years to our total satisfaction. Luke also was instrumental in selling the adjacent condo in short fashion after it had been listed previously by 2 other real estate agencies for a year and a half with no success and very little effort on the part of either company.

**Q: are these ten foot ceilings?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Are these ten foot ceilings?  We are raising the ceiling in our kitchen and it was suggested that we put back soffits to fill the space?

A: They are ten foot ceilings. We don't usually have contemporary cabinets go all the way to the ceiling. We don't usually build a bulk head down either, it doesn't look right
