The only complaint is that the owner called me the night before install and said the estimator forgot to add removal of the railings to do the deck and wanted an extra $200.00 over and above the quote. He wouldn't forgo that and they were coming early the next day so I waited and just spoke to the installer and told him not to remove the railings, told him why and he worked with me on that.
