They also did this in Somerville, on a lot not much bigger than the home, and with only a narrow driveway between two other houses to access it. It was a huge project that still sounds crazy to even try but Ivaldo and his team made it as low stress as can be. Their ability to do such a variety of work for what is probably a very reasonable rate is why I chose them and I don't regret it. Years later the house still hasn't needed anything and we just enjoy it. There are a few pictures of the house in the photo list (the small green house with the purple door). Work has been of the highest quality (and as a retired architect, I can be very particular about work done on my home), and the crews have been prompt, courteous and neat. For one project, they restored historic woodwork on our home's exterior, taking great care to match the period detailing exactly, and at another time, after we suffered roof damage from a severe storm, they were here right away and had the roof weathertight the next day.
