American Custom Contractors has been serving the Bay Area since 2002, so we really mean it when we say we're here to help you.

With over 25 years experience, American Custom Contractors has been producing some of the finest quality projects. Founded in 2002 by Kerry Kiernan, American Custom Contractors has brought a wealth of experience and skill into the bay area. Our company has remarkable reputation as a leader in the remodeling industry.  

Kerry Kiernan (General Contractor) was born and raised in a traditional construction family.  Kerry spent many years of his childhood learning a wealth of knowledge from family members including carpenters, plumbers, electricians, masons, surveyors, communications experts, office managers, and small business owners.   As early as 11 years old Kerry was building his first house. 

Kerry further continued his education by taking business classes in college, attending trade schools, and becoming a Journeyman Carpenter.  After spending several years learning and working for some of the finest general contractors, Kerry opened up the doors to his own company that is now known as American Custom Contractors.
