Tal Kedmy of Sharp Builders serves as the one point-person dedicated to every project under his watch, whatever its size, from concept to completion. And, should the need arise, Tal can create clean, contemporary, yet out-of-the-ordinary designs.

Tal has a dozen employees on payroll, from framers to painters. This gives Tal maximum control over the quality and timing of each project. Tal notes: “Our workers are hardworking and very responsible. They care about the property, respect the client, and know how to be safe.”

Sharp Builders also excels at green building and design. They retrofitted the Eco Station, a wildlife shelter in Culver City, and converted its large warehouse into a new school—all with eco-friendly practices and materials.

Tal’s ability to accurately bid a job was confirmed by his references. He explains, “I don’t want the client to have any surprises with the budget.”
