I am in Mark West too and have recently finished my house rebuild, but I am putting on the finishing touches not allowed by my group rebuild contractor. The tub filler is a Brizo Litze floor mount tub filler with hands shower and the finish is Luxe Nickel. The fences and Decks are clear finish cedar.
