Cathy gets to know you and chooses items accordingly.  Who else does that?  Also, and most importantly, Cathy stands behind everything she does.  I have only had a few issues with pieces arriving damaged or not what I thought I ordered....and Cathy handled all the work in making it right.  I have hired other designers in my life and no one has ever come close to providing the service that Cathy has provided me.
