When Noll installed the ceiling track system he actually put a sling on his own body and showed us he could do everything we need to do with the lift. It mattered to him that we knew the system was safe and secure. Turning our cracker box of a bathroom into a gorgeous roll in shower was a feat of magic. We actually have more room now than before. Jake was great at explaining every step to us and how they all build on each other for function and safety.
