Founded in 2013, Thriv is headquartered in Grand Island, Nebraska.  Beginning as a small, local commercial construction company, Thriv has grown into a full-service company that specializes in creating neighborhoods and building affordable and fully customizable homes. 

Our team has built over 200 homes throughout our short history. 

We create different options for your family, from pre-designed homes, to complete custom builds. If you’re looking to grow your family in one of our neighborhoods, a neighborhood of your choice, or build on existing property, our team will make it happen. We also provide remodeling and home maintenance services as well. 

Thriv’ currently operates in central Nebraska and is continuing to expand into additional regions and markets. 

We also have the skill to design and build complicated custom homes, residential income producing properties and commercial buildings. We are also well versed in developing real estate. 

Our team has the ability to take any project from start to finish, literally taking raw land developing it, designing structures, designing the interior, negotiating all services and then handing you the keys with a warranty for our service. We are also well versed with creating systems to help you run and manage your property. If you need help managing your property, we can help you with that as well.
