From our first meeting with Greg, we could tell he satisfied all of our requirements. Greg made the entire process, from planning to moving in, as easy as you can make home building. He was responsive, eager to please and considerate, all while being a perfectionist even after move in (and that is a hard balance!). Greg listened to our needs as well as carefully choosing when to interject his ideas. He worked closely and cohesively with our architect and made that process seamless. He stuck to the budget religiously, and when the inevitable change was required, he was always fair and honest. Greg has taken many years to find the best subcontractors and we were happy with everyone who works for him, both the quality of their work and their presence while in our home. Today, after being in in our new home for four days, I can safely say choosing Greg was one of the best decisions we have ever made.
