Based on seeing their work in our neighborhood we called Adar Builders and met with Amit. He came to our place and spent quite a bit of time inspecting our roof and attic and having a frank discussion with us about what we wanted. We felt like we could really trust Amit after that first day. He gave us suggestions for different options and costs and we decided to proceed. Amit was present and involved in all the work happening from the first day and he gave us daily updates on what was done and what would be happening next. The crew was efficient and each day cleaned up so well you would never know a major project was in process. There were zero unexpected findings or events, and at the end of about a week we had a beautiful new roof, new attic insulation, and new gutters.
