The design process was comfortable and Fran heard our ideas and offered suggestions never pushing and created a space that we love and that offered us more space (working and storage) than we had anticipated. The result was a "to the drywall" demo, redesigned layout and install. The craftsmen always showed up on time, did excellent work and left a clean workspace when they left. Knowing that project schedules are estimates we were very happy with the timeline and delivery. Minor issues were dealt with right away, completely and always to our satisfaction my Jonathon and the team. The end result is a kitchen workspace that is the heart of the home that we enjoy working in. We met with him a couple of times to pick out countertops, a sink, and cabinets. He had lots of options and was really helpful with giving his professional opinion as to what would work/what would not. He sent us to a couple of other stores to pick out appliances and tiles, which he had worked with before. It was a long process (1 months), but he had a schedule for everything (eg, plumbers, tile, appliance installation). He was very responsive when we called with issues (eg, flooring, incorrect placement of plumbing valves, minor blemishes in cabinetry), but the people that worked on the project were professional and did a good job.
