Her detailed architectural drawings made most things go super smoothly, but when there were hitches or questions she was always available and worked with our contractors to resolve them quickly. When her newborn was under 3 months old, she visited with us (while masked & pumping!) to complete her initial assessment and discussion with us. She helped my husband and I with the overwhelming task of redesigning our first floor layout. In our traditional colonial home, she created a demo plan to expand our kitchen into our dining space including the relocation of the HVAC system. Carrie developed multiple schemes for us to review & was always open to feedback. Her revisions came quickly, and she never made us feel that any idea was outside of a real possibility. Mostly, she listened to our needs and wants with attentive patience. We have spent multiple hours on Zoom with her while she walked us thru design work. She is incredibly prompt at answering emails and phone calls.
