She made the process easy for us. She started by learning how we wished to use the space and our desired budget for the project. She took extensive photos of the existing space and multiple detailed measurements. She then asked thoughtful and probing questions to learn additional information she could use to provide a design that would attain our goals. Quicker than we anticipated, Malinda provided a 3-D presentation that allowed us to view her unique design for the space. Her presentation allowed us to view her design concepts; colors for the ceiling, walls, trim and flooring; and placement of furniture we wished to retain. Together we reviewed the design and offered suggestions that she quickly incorporated into the final plan. Malinda is talented, knowledgeable, excellent to work with and has great ideas. She provided a unique design that will allow us to build the project within budget. We scheduled a meeting at a home improvement store to get started after she saw photos of my area. She met me promptly and we started our search. She was very knowledgeable about what would work well as far as sizes, colors and shapes. Malinda helped me narrow it to a few options and we loaded up samples to take back to my house. We looked at the samples in the space that was being redone and were able to narrow it to the best tile and grout color. My project finished about a month ago and totally refreshed an outdated space.
