He listened to what I wanted, didn’t try to upsell me on anything more and started the project almost immediately, which was a huge shock in the present market. He was out of town during the beginning of the project but I was still able to communicate with him. After he returned I saw him several times, which again I appreciated, he wasn’t the typical “absent” contractor. His worker was friendly, neat, helpful (a lot if deck furniture needed to be moved) and if it hadn’t been for some crazy thunderstorms, I believe the project would have been completed very close to on-time.
