> We have worked with Mike and Lutke Construction since we purchased a 13 year old home in 2019.  Our first projects with Mike were needed updates before we moved in.  This work was required in a short time frame and with specific deadlines as we both had to be out of our homes in 4 months.  Two Moving trucks would be arriving on a specified date from 2 different cities.  Mike prepared budgets, allowances, design, layouts and timelines before we began.

> Mike coompleted construction of a new master closet by moving walls in the great room and master bath, with associated electric and plumbing changes and painting.  The work also layout design, contruction and finish work on a 1100 square foot part of a walk out basement that was just roughed in.  The completed area would have separate rooms for a full bath, walk in closet, bedroom(exercise room) and main family/tv room.  All materials and design elements had to be budgeted, selected and arrive on short notice to complete construction.  This work was done on time and within budget to high quality standards and a look to complement the style of the original house.
