The total project was 104,000 square feet. Upon completion, our development company won the annual juried award for Best Apartment Property. This was a significant project. It lasted two years. At its peak Chris had over 250 men working here. They were from Denver, Baton Rouge, Memphis, Florida and other places as well. The budget was $12 million. Our project was budgeted as a best-standard quality build. That is not what Chris delivered, however. The contemporary features and designs wow our multifamily tenants every day. It has a luxury feel. A post-construction, stabilized appraisal fetched a figure 30% higher than we were expecting and just about all of that is thanks to Chris.
