> In July of 2012, I contracted with Floor Network of Grand Rapids for the purchase and installation of a new vinyl floor in our kitchen.  The floor was installed on approximately July 30, 2012.  In approximately six months, the floor began showing significant "bubbling", and
> separation from several of the edges.  I contacted the designated representative from Floor Network and discussed the problems.  Consequently, the owner/installer returned to the residence, repaired the defects by applying additional floor adhesive at various segments of the new flooring.  This strategy appeared to eliminate the visional defects.  Several months passed, and additional bubbling occurred, both in the initial sites of the floor, as well as, now new sites in the floor.  In addition, the design of the original floor began to show through the new installation. I recontacted the designated representative to discuss these new developments.  This representative again came to the residence, and recorded his observations and took several photographs,  Further discussions occurred concerning product warranty issues, and possibly submitting a claim for restitution based on defective materials.  At this point, I initiated  discussions regarding reasonable  restitution/resolution.  On approximately March 3, 2016, I received correspondence from the current Store Manager containing a recorded history of failed attempts at resolution of this matter; as well as, an apology and a refund for the cost of the Flexitec material used in the project, plus sales tax.

A: Very nice update! The larger island looks like it improves functionality and encourages gathering in the kitchen...love the gray color!
