> Very happy with a tile order I just unpacked from Deko tile.  While it took about a week for me to get in touch with the person who had sent me samples (turns out he was on vacation), as soon as I did the order progressed very fast.  Order to receipt was less than a week.

We flew into LAX for a weekend in Santa Barbara and realized that Deko Tile was near by and stocked the porduct.  The staff was very gracious in processing the order for us via e-mail so that we could pick up the tiles shortly after we landed.  Project is now complete and I even have some spare tiles for any future needs!

> We ordered 45sqft. of glass tiles and were told that up to 5% of them might arrive broken. In fact, 20% were broken, so we had to order more in a hurry to complete the job. We paid almost $200 for 2nd day air shipping, but the new tiles took a week to arrive.  We have contacted the company numerous times to ask for a refund of the priority shipping charge, and they always say they will get back to us, but never do.  Their tile is beautiful, but their customer service is ugly.  My advice is to buy elsewhere if you can.

**Q: love this shower!  How did you you the corners of the shower entrance?** *(in Photo Questions)*

i was going to order this tile but was afraid that I'd have to cut 45 degree cuts on the edge of the ties to do this.

A: Hello Kmandu,

Sorry for our late response and we appreciate your patience. 

There are different ways to handle this corner.  Experienced tile contractors can do any of these trim pieces.
They can cut a 45 degree angle and have a sharp corner or they can grind the edge to make a rounded edge and then either hone or polish the rounded edge,  With the granite fabrication companies this is very easy.  They can also use trim pieces similar to the Schluter trim edges.

A: Ceramic subway tile is a great choice and your project looks really nice! Iridescent Glass Tile is just an alternative for a different taste.
