> I had noticed Tim's work about a year ago. Specifically, I was intrigued by the site sensitivity of the dog trot house. When Tim's own home was published, I was similarly impressed and decided I wanted to meet him to discuss having him design some production housing for my company. I have since retained Tim to design a complete collection. He has finished two designs and is working on more. We will shortly begin construction on a 2,600 square foot model home in the Sable Creek subdivision in Sanger, Texas just north of Denton. Premarket excitement for Tim's design is outstanding. Tim is the most collaborative of architects. He brings a contemporary sensibility, a respect for simple, traditional forms, a thorough knowledge of new, yet affordable materials and technology, an understanding of livability and flow, and deep commitment to energy and resource conservation.

Are these custom cabinets ??  Or, are they something else?  I love this look for a built in.  May I ask where I can get the same iN MN

A: Hi, these are custom cabinets. They were crafted by a local cabinet shop and metal provided by a local welder.

A: Hi Molly! Unfortunately we do not have that information. The owner selected all the paint colors for the home.

Can you share what sheen you used for the paint? We can't decide on flat or satin for our brick house that we will be painting SW Pure White

A: Satin, for sure. Flat on an exterior is extremely difficult to clean.

**Q: Where were you able to find the floating shelves?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: These were custom built. Steel hidden brackets with wood shelves
