They came to measure for our new island. We picked up the specs and took them home. I taped the outline on the floor using their measurements. Everything was wrong. When I called back our designer said "we are all human". She had to come back and remeasure. We were also told the cabinets would be delivered in approximately 4 to 6 weeks. When 6 weeks had passed I called and was told they were scheduled for delivery in 3 weeks. The day I was told they were being delivered it was after 4 and I hadn't heard anything. Again I had to call. I was told that the truck got behind schedule and didn't have time to deliver ours. Told that it will PROBABLY be late next week SOMETIME. That will make it 10 weeks. I was never called - no apologies - nothing. We strive to keep our clients informed of lead times; 5-6 weeks with semi custom cabinetry and 8-10 weeks with full custom.
