Dawn had great ideas that we implemented throughout the house: kitchen, living area, master bath and dressing area, dining room, study, pantry and laundry room. Her expertise and creativity was invaluable. Terry and his crew did a magnificent job with the custom cabinetry fabricated in their shop. The attention to detail was meticulous and the pride they took in their work was evident - and the end result is beautiful and functional. We're thankful that our builder, Gregg Biche of Quality PM, referred us to Dawn and Terry! Outstanding! **Comment from Zarrillo's Custom Design Kitchens, Inc.:** > It was our pleasure to meet you both. Thank you for including us in your journey. Everything turned out beautiful. Working with Quality PM is always a satisfying experience, with happy customers. This beautiful home has \#Zarrillo's custom cabinets, \#GreenfieldCabinetry, \#ShilohCabinetry, \#EclipseCabinetry, all countertops are \#MyCambria, \#TopKnobs hardware. Wishing you many happy memories, Dawn **★★★★★ — HU-437367122, July 2022** > We completed our second kitchen with Zarrillo's last year. They did such a wonderful job on our original kitchen in 1998 that we wanted them to design and build the update. They did a fabulous job from start to finish! Dawn is a talented designer who listens to her customers. She made countless great suggestions and was so helpful in my decisions about countertops, sinks, backsplash, pulls, everything! Terry is a master craftsman - honestly have never seen cabinets as beautifully made as his, and the custom inserts for silverware, spice racks of various kinds, and dish drawers are top notch. Both Dawn and Terry are easy to work with and went out of their way to meet our requests. I heartily recommend them! **★★★★★ — HU-292888523, Dec. 2021** > Thank you so much Dawn & Terry for doing such an excellent job in design/ craftsmanship/ customer relations / integrity and wonderful service. After 25 years of enjoying your kitchen we came back to you guys and we are so grateful to you and all the people you work with. > Thank you all so much > Javid & Ruxana Saifi **Comment from Zarrillo's Custom Design Kitchens, Inc.:** > Javid and Ruxana, The privilege is ours being able to work with such a lovely couple again. Always A Pleasure, Dawn **★★★★★ — HU-677156483, April 2021** > I am a long time custom homebuilder and chose Zarillo's Kitchens to fabricate the kitchens for our personal home two times now. > Dawn is an outstanding designer and Terry is an amazingly skilled fabricator . Dawn was extremely helpful and welcoming. Excellent customer service with an organized and professional presentation for my proposed remodel! **★★★★★ — gebloml, Nov. 2020** > We used Zarrillo’s for a full kitchen renovation and could not have been more pleased with the results. Dawn helped with the complete kitchen layout and cabinetry design, with several revisions along the way. She was able to arrive at a design which was appealing to both my husband and and me, and provided the functionality and aesthetic we were looking for. The quality and workmanship of the cabinets was superb, and have given us years of use and enjoyment. Highly recommend Zarrillo’s for your construction and renovation needs. **★★★★★ — HU-34922187, Nov. 2019** > I can not say enough good things about my experience with Dawn and Terry. They designed and installed our kitchen almost 20 years ago. I still love everything about it and it looks as good as the day it was installed. The workmanship and quality is superior in my estimation. Dawn was wonderful to work with,.. patient, knowledgeable, creative and attentive to our wants. Great people, beautiful workmanship. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them. **★★★★★ — HU-6010395670, Oct. 2019** > Zarrillo Kitchen’s Dawn &Terry designed our kitchen complete makeover providing beautiful, creative & incredibly functional and logical placement of cabinets & appliances. We chose gorgeous white “chalk” cabinets with their recommendation of long brushed nickel pulls. We also chose dramatic black & white Cambria counter tops, country cherry floors, striking Kohler faucet & sTainless sink., and Wolf stove angled in the corner, at the Zarrillo’s suggestion. Meeting with the Zarrillos at their beautiful showroom was extremely helpful & pure delight to meet Dawn & discuss the project. We highly recommend Zarrillo Kitchen Design!! **★★★★★ — Kim Donovan, Oct. 2019** > Finding Dawn, Terry and the entire family at Zarrillo's was one of the best decisions we made in our kitchen remodel! I walked in with my "inspiration" kitchen that I found on houzz only to find it was designed by Zarrillo's! This was my first time with a kitchen remodel and from the first meeting to the last, Dawn and Terry were always available to work through all my questions, fears, and hesitations that go along with making those giant decisions in a remodel. I thought I was going to go with a certain brand of cabinets, and quickly realized I was in incredible hands with Dawn's eye for design and Terry's craftsmanship. I went 100% in with Zarrillo's custom cabinets and the end result blew my expectations out of the water. The entire family at Zarrillo's takes each project they touch personally and there's a real passion, not to mention expertise, in their work. The quality of our cabinets is second to none. I would not hesitate in recommending this team in a heartbeat! I can't wait to work with them again for our bathroom projects int he future! > > Photo Elizabeth Pedinotti Haynes / Brendan Flanigan Interiors **★★★★★ — rrbshop, Oct. 2019** > It was a pleasure to work with the Zarrillos. They delivered a superior kitchen design with very high quality custom cabinets. They were able to perfectly blend function, design and style. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. **★★★★★ — Jeff Corbin, July 2019** > Our 10+ year old kitchen designed and built by Zarrillo's still looks great! The craftsmanship was built to last, but even more important was the thought that Dawn put into designing what should go where. We have a truly workable kitchen where prep, cooking, & cleanup can all happen efficiently. Everything fits and it looks great too! We wouldn't change a thing. **★★★★★ — kim tommasone, July 2019** > Zarillo's considers your lifestyle, how the kitchen is used and your personal style when designing the space. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. ## Selected projects - [\#OakRidge Saratoga](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/oakridge-saratoga-pj-vj~7419661) - Location: Saratoga Springs, NY - Photos: 3 - [Kitchen Remodel with Heavy Wood Accents](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kitchen-remodel-with-heavy-wood-accents-pj-vj~6127203) - Location: Slingerlands, NY - Photos: 7 - Description: This client absolutely loved this wooden support beam in their kitchen.
