We wanted a contractor that had an eye for aesthetics and quality. I will say that of all the contractors we met with, Mark's bid fell in the upper middle (we received ~8 bids). More important than the bid, though, is that Mark actually stayed on budget. Yes, there were plenty of changes throughout but Mark made a point of staying on budget wherever possible. Any chance you remember the ceiling height in this kitchen? A: Thank you! These are 9' ceilings **Q: floor and cabinet stain color** *(in Photo Questions)* Do you happen to know the names of the stains used for the floor and cabinets? Both white oak? Thank you so much! A: The floor was white oak as was the cabinets. They were both custom stains done onsite, sorry I don't have a formula to share with you. Good luck! **Q: 4-season porch?** *(in Photo Questions)* Beautiful home! Are the screens covered for winter use, and if so, what system is used? Thanks! A: The client does not cover them in the winter. Oddly enough, the wind keeps blowing them out, evidently they get CRAZY wind gusts, so they are now talking about adding fabric curtains over the screen for winter and non use days. **Q: Cabinets/entertainment Center, where is it from?** *(in Photo Questions)* Can you please share about the console/cabinets? It almost looks like a large hall tree but used for a TV instead of hanging coats. I like it! Where’s it from? A: We built this entertainment center as a custom cabinet with our cabinet shop. I'm not sure what your referring to "large hall tree" ? The back drop behind the TV is T/G (tongue and groove) wood which is why your seeing the vertial lines. **Q: Stone** *(in Photo Questions)* What kid of gorgeous stone is that?
