> This designer did not come thru with the plan we ordered.  Our drapes, sheers, roman shades, bench seats were not made correctly or professionally.  Inferior workmanship, slow service, and not taking responsibility for the poor job.  I am out a lot of money for something I could have done myself or even mail-ordered.  She never measured accurately & the drapes and sheers were 3" too short, never came for the hanging of the drapes (which had to be redone twice costing me double for the installer), and didn't make anything correct or assume any responsibility.  This project never met our deadlines or budget.  We had to pay to have the roman shades redone, when they came outside mount instead of inside mount!!  I am so unhappy with the results, I may throw them out and start over with ready-mades!  :(
