It could not have been a more pleasant experience. Jeff in scheduling was wonderful as well. He was so accommodating with date changes as a result of closing dates changing on our new home. The install crew was professional and pleasant. They completed the install timely and with minimal disruption to us. They were neat and cleaned up the install area well. The quality is superior to the previous vendor I used and the price was much better. First of, my designer and consultant was unavailable, distant, and always seemed bothered. I felt like I constantly had to chase her around for answers and help. When issues arose, she acted put upon and at one point basically said it was her problem. Instal day was even worse. One of the installers had such a terrible and nasty attitude that I almost asked him to leave my home. The hardware for my closet system couldn’t be found that morning so they just brought something else. No one called, no one wrote an email. They told me me is passing. The guys destroyed the walls and doors with no regard. Then they had the audacity to leave without telling me a closet island door was missing. Again no one called or even made an attempt to inform me. I found out when I went to the house to make sure it was locked. So disrespectful. Earlier in the instal day, I called the main office to try to solve the hardware issue and no one called me back from there either. Overall, just a very dissatisfying experience. No body cared and no body tried. Not one of these people showed any integrity or work ethic. Just all getting by. Also, uneven drywall may cause uncoverable gaps to crown molding. Also, lighting should probably be different with new closet materials, so get that done ahead with advice from a lighting store.
