> The worst experience ever! We bought our new home and told we had a 10 years warranty. You can’t reach them to fix anything! They will not honor their warranty! Worst workmanship, especially the sub contractors they use. It has been a nightmare to get anything done!
> Do your self a favor, don’t buy a home from them, you will regret it! Our neighbors next to us which Zephyr built their homes are having the same problems!
