My husband always quoted "measure twice and cut once." Joan measured three times! I ended up with verticals for my slider and wooden blinds for my two other windows and I love how it looks and pulls everything together. There was a slight problem with the slider rod after a short period of time (a manufacturing problem, not Joan's.) A quick call to Joan resulted in a prompt replacement and new installation. She made my "daunting" task smooth and satisfying.
