Jenny was always very personable, professional and punctual in her first visit and all other subsequent trips to the house. We initially sat together and discussed what our choices in style and design were. We wanted to change some of the traditional style/feeling in the house to a more transitional style. She presented us with many good ideas. After her initial visit and discussing our budget for the project, she returned with three main ideas for each piece we bought for each of the rooms. She was very able to understand our taste and was quite easy to work with her during the entire time. We chose furniture and rugs as well as an upgrade to our home entertainment system which involved replacing TV and AV equipment with the assistance of his AV consultant (Mike Moran). We also had custom made cabinetry for the TV and AV system in the family room. Her electricians were very good in helping replace the dining chandelier as well as updating ceiling fans. She also helped in updating our house entrance (foyer). She supervised the work and was always in contact with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Overall the update was about $55,000 including the electronics.
