**Q: I'm lost... please help me choose some art!** *(in Design Dilemma)*

So I ordered this carpet ... I'm having a really hard time finding some art to complement it. I'm going for a MCM vibe in my new apartment. Any suggestions? it would need to be available for delivery in Canada. 1,2,3, GO!

A: Melanie, it's a lovely rug, with very prominent geometric design. You are right, your wall art should somehow complement it. Repeating similar colors in artwork would be a good idea.   And, if you like geometric shapes, you can have those in art too, without making them compete with the design of your rug. Here are a few ideas. If you need a print in Canada, we can have it printed there to avoid international shipping charges. Since at this time we can not ship to Canada from Houzz, just contact us directly and we will explain how you can order a print of our artwork. Hope this helps... Raisa

**Q: What is the difference between an acrylic print and a fine art print?** *(in Product Questions)*

A: Thank you for your question, Barb.
All our artworks are offered on Houzz as fine art giclee prints, they are available on paper, canvas, acrylic, metal, wood. We use only premium quality materials and archival inks when producing our art prints. 
We use wording "Fine Art Print" for "Fine Art Print on Paper" and "Acrylic Print" for "Fine Art Print on Acrylic", just to keep the art prints' names short. You can always see a detailed description of each product in the Product Description section. I am quoting the descriptions here, for your convenience.
Fine Art Prints on Paper:
We use acid-free art paper with archival inks to guarantee that your prints last a lifetime without fading or loss of color.


Fine Art Prints on Acrylic:
Image is printed directly onto the back of a 1/4" thick sheet of clear acrylic. Acrylic print is attached to a 1/4" thick black board which has a wooden frame and hanging wire attached to the back. Acrylic print arrives "ready to hang"...
As you can see, when you order your art print on paper, it will require framing and, when you order your art print on acrylic, it will arrive ready to hang.

**Q: Does this come  ready to hang?  Would it be okay in a bathroom?** *(in Product Questions)*

A: Thank you for your question!
In general, for the areas with higher humidity it is better to hang metal or acrylic prints as they can withstand a lot of moisture.
If your bathroom is large and the print will be hanging far enough from the high humidity area of the room, framed prints and canvas prints are Ok to hang there too.
We offer Metal Print, Acrylic Print, Canvas Print and Framed Print options, and they will all be ready to hang. The only option that requires framing is called "Fine Art Print" which comes as a paper print.

The dimension of the wall above the mantel is 58" wide by 40" width. I find the mirror is too small to make a statement...There is 2 small stained glass window on either side, Mackintosh style.
