Stage Right Texas specializes in flat rate pricing of vacant homes for Realtors,  Investors and homeowners who want their home to show at its greatest potential in order to receive top dollar for their homes.

Our basic staging package starts at $2495 for a 5 room package, which includes the Master Bedroom, 1 Living Area, Breakfast Area, Kitchen and all Bathrooms.  Additional spaces can be added for $450 per room.  This is a one-time, flat rate fee, and the listing remains staged for up to 6 months with no recurring rental charges.  We own our inventory, and pass the savings onto you.
