> John Hill totally renovated my Loveland, OH condo shortly after I bought it, but while I was still living in New York City. The first time I stepped into the work-in-progress I knew I had picked the right firm and I could relax from there out – the craftsmanship was outstanding. They are superb builders, great communicators, understand your wants and needs, work within your budget and go the extra mile. I was able to check in daily on the Buildertrend app to see the schedule and photos of work done. They were easily available for questions and discussions regarding details. John and his crew finished the work a week before my scheduled move. The results are superb. John is at a professional level heads above his competition.

> We came to John Hill as a highly recommended contractor to build our new home. We went through the design process with him trusting that, as he says in his ads that he works very hard to work the clients wishes into their budget.  After 5 months of meetings, architects drawings, $20k later we were ready to sign the contract. Imagine our surprise when he came to the meeting with parts of the house design removed and then announced that the project was $130k over what we had budgeted and had told him time and time again.  A week later after going back and forth with him we were to discover that the house we had drawn up could never have been built within our budget. He never informed us of this so we lost $10k on this project. We paid him $10k for the opportunity for him to spec the house house and show it was not within our budget. We would never recommend him nor will we ever build a house if this is how it goes.
