We had no insulation and many rotten boards. Peter recommended a cement composite as a replacement siding. We had never heard of Hardie Board but after visiting another historic home he had completed with the composite, we were sold on both him and the material involved. I'm happy to report our house maintained it's integrity and charm, and we are toasty warm, a novelty since we've lived here (17 years). As mentioned we did a full insulation, new windows and new doors. The process was seamless. Peter is so pleasant, informative and prompt to respond to all questions that I never had any concerns that went unresolved. His team is a pleasure to have on site, both professional and efficient with an eye for detail and quality work. > Additionally, he presented us with a clear timeline and payment schedule in advance of the work.
