We chose Jason at 16 Pointe Properties over the other companies and we are certainly glad we did.  It was our first home building experience and he helped keep us comfortable through the process from clearing the lot through move-in and beyond.  We couldn't be more pleased with the way the home turned out.  I would highly recommend 16 Pointe Properties and would use them again in future.  The allowances seemed better than other builders we interviewed, the design process was seamless, the quality of finishings are amazing, communication was fantastic and importantly, he worked within our budget to give us a beautiful home that we are very proud of.
