> My first purchase was an FCB Home.  I was impressed with the quality of the home and would recommend this builder to anyone.  I had been looking for a home for around three years.  I'm extremely picky.  I purchased a sales office and had requested for some corrections to the home.  Not once did I have an issue, or problem with getting the situation rectified.  The individuals I came in contact with have always been professional and helpful.  Even after my warranty was up, I was able to have someone come out to help with some small items.  I was also well informed of how to maintain my home.  I've been very impressed.

The landscaping in front of what appears to be the garage doors is throwing me off... are those garage doors on the right?  If so, I don't see a driveway or how you would enter with the current landscaping in front of it...

A: Yes this is a model home, hence the gate.  Once the models sell the gate comes down and the garages are fully functioning and ready to go.

A: is the trim around the front door pre-cast??? If so do you know the color?
