Michael Baum quickly earned our respect and our trust. He was on the job daily, returned our texts and calls promptly, and responded to our questions and requests knowledgeably and candidly. We never felt uninformed or surprised. Michael was both professional and caring regarding our concerns and when we made mistakes in our judgement he helped us correct them as efficiently and inexpensively as possible. On our part, we were very involved, opinionated and fussy but Michael was patient and worked with us from the beginning to end of the project. He made valuable suggestions that saved us time, money and helped us achieve our desired goals. The result was a house we are extremely pleased with in both appearance and function and a friendship with Michael that continues to this day. We constantly receive compliments from friends and neighbors. Often, I refer to Michael as the source of an idea or quality of the work which was done.
