A: Sorry for the really long delaying in responding here. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer for your question as I was just the photographer for the project. The designer/builder for the work is Morrell Construction if you would like to get in touch with them.

A: Thanks for your interest. I was only the photographer for this project, so I am not sure about the details. You could ask the builder (Glendarroch Homes), and they should be able to help.
