Our realtor was very attentive during the sale process and explained everything very well. Our house closed on time in December 2022. The warranty manager, was very detailed during the PDI. During our 30 day walk through every small issue identified was rectified by them. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. I am so happy to be living in this lovely neighborhood!

> This is likely the best company to build a higher end home in London. They're not like a "custom builder" (and neither is their price) but they are in a different class than "production builders". I know too much for my own good when it comes to building / renovating and I have a hard time hiring anyone to do anything for me. The rare times when I did I was never happy with the result (sometimes I have to redo everything myself!). That being said, I'm happy with the house they built for me and with the way they solved a few minor problems during the first year. They have a great team of people and they use better trades than other builders in our area. Their customer service is amazing before buying, during construction and after closing.

I thought building a new home would be over whelming, but the step by step approach taken by the Wastell Homes staff has made things very efficient and enjoyable.  I would recommend Wastell Home Builders to my closest friends and family!
