> We first contracted Concept Bath Systems in 1997 to install acrylic sheeting on an existing shower/tub  enclosure creating a narrow frame on the exterior of the unit continuing on the walls above the unit and across the ceiling. At the same time, they removed the shower/tub unit in the master bath and created a large custom walk-in shower with acrylic sheeting with built-in storage. All concerned did an excellent job!
> 2015 - Our bath/showers are still in excellent condition but the shower door frames which were powder coated did not fare as well. We recently had Concept Bath replace both doors with frameless glass as well replace caulking. (a DIY project that didn't go so well...) Again, all concerned did an excellent job!

**Q: Fireplace Update!** *(in Before & After)*

This client didn't like the outdated look of the brick, we drywalled over it and added custom built-ins and a new mantel.  Then we did crown moulding - we like the look, do you?

A: It really makes a difference to make the island a different color and it usually doesn't cost any more to change the color.  Working with a kitchen designer can help to achieve a designer look and the cost usually stays the same.

**Q: How often do you replace everyday flatware?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

I noticed that my flatware is on it's last legs.  How often do people generally replace their every day flatware?  I've had mine for ages, and it's mostly in great shape, but there are a couple pieces that are worse for the wear.

Share your experience!  (Photos encouraged)

A: I started out with a full set and now I have bits and pieces but I don't know where they came from or where my original set disappeared.  My pet peeve with with flatware is the weight.  I will pick a different spoon, fork, knife because it is so lightweight.....I may be a little OCD!  But I am looking for a new set and I will have to feel the weight before I purchase.
