Perhaps most importantly, his architectural designs are beautiful, creative uses of space, and his aesthetic know-how is extraordinary. When people walk into our house, whether they are friends or here to install window coverings, they remark on what a unique, well-designed space it is. Both our inspector and appraiser, who have seen hundreds of homes in this area, believe Maestri architecture will someday be honored along the lines of famed Dallas architect Charles Dilbeck — his is a different style, but Maestri will be similarly distinguished, they believe. My belief is that his name is already synonymous with fabulous design that meets incredible function, and deservedly so.
