Rather than the typical "get a price and built it" routine, Homes By Design went in with a budget but constantly tweeked it by accepting new/additional competitive bids during construction an both material & labor. You go into the project with a budget, but if changes occur along the way, we don't charge the usual "change order fees" that most builders have. Our fee is based strictly on a percentage of what it costs to build the house.
