> We were referred to this company and initially confident in their work. We had quartz shelves installed as part of our backsplash, along with other countertop work. After installation, we noticed the lower shelf was sloped. When we brought it up, we were told that “quartz shelves slope over time” and that this was normal — something that was never mentioned before installation. After researching, we learned this isn’t accurate; properly installed quartz shelves should stay level. We don’t plan to keep anything heavy on them, but they should never slope.
>
> On installation day, we were told by the installers as they walked in that they’d need to cut into the wall — something we had never been informed of beforehand, even though we had taken the day off work. The wall cutting reduced the shelf depth by about two inches. When we asked about fixing the tilt, we were told the only option was to cut further into the wall (at our expense) or to buy brackets ourselves, which they wouldn’t install. Neither was a reasonable solution, yet we were told they’d “done everything they can.”
>
> The counters were also not measured correctly, and their team trimmed our baseboards without our consent to make the fridge fit afterward.
>
> After a week of discussion, they offered only a 5% discount, which we had to fight for. We are now hiring an independent contractor to assess the installation and design.

> I’m so disappointed in the Quartz Plus that we purchased from Granite Plus. We spent a lot of money on our new kitchen counters and island…it’s been about 8 weeks since Instalation and we’ve already had a fairly big problem. There was a small “ding” on the edge of our island during install…we’d had issues with our order/delivery, so I thought “just let it go, it’s a tiny issue not worth getting worked up over”. Well…6 weeks in to having the quartz installed, that “ding” started to grow! It’s now not so little AND it’s noticeable! I e-mailed Brandon and he told me this was not normal. I asked how we could fix this and he told me to just use some super glue or epoxy on it!! OR he could have a technician come out and it would cost me $400!!!! After spending A LOT of money on the countertops, this is NOT what I expected with an issue that is “ growing”!!!
> When I asked what the warranty is/was on their Quartz Plus line, I got no response.
> I would NOT recommend Granite Plus—there are plenty of other places to buy from…I’d go elsewhere if I were you!

> In November of 2019 I contracted with Granite Plus to fabricate counter tops and back splashes for my kitchen. When Granite Plus went to install the counter tops they didn’t fit so Granite Plus cut a slot out of my wall so that they would fit. In the process Granite Plus scratched my new refrigerator, scrapped my walls, broke the back splash, dust from the cut walls was left in my cabinets along with debris and saw dust from cutting off the stays for the sink and white silicon caulking was used between the black back splash and light gray wall. They did come out and fix the broken back splash and caulking problem But, how do you fix a cut out wall? Now in August of 2020 my under mount sink fell off of the granite counter top, which was installed by Granite Plus. It has taken Granite Plus 2 days to have someone come out and reattach the top.

> We used this firm after a top recommendation from contractor. I can’t recommend them now and he won’t use them again. There were problems with quotes, measuring/cutting of double vanity sinks, poor responsiveness to contractor’s concerns, and unwillingness to give reasonable financial compensation to us for their mistake. We paid far more than originally quoted and then had to pay other providers to work around Granite Plus’s mistakes. All communication - and lack of follow-through - was handled by their Juliana. Not a happy story.

> Very disappointing experience I just had with Granite Plus. This was my 3 time using them. My first was with Revolution Granite (Fabio) moved to Florida, and I was told Granite Plus took over. So, they did our kitchen last year, and I was really impressed. This year, not so much. There are spaces between cabinets that look off and there is a god awful seam. When I contacted them about it, I was asked to send photos, so I did. Never heard back, and for using them several times, I would have thought I would get a better price. I don't know if they got too big for their britches, but, not happy at all.

**Comment from Granite Plus:**

> Hi Maureen, the problem has been solved and I hope you're enjoying your countertops! Thank you so much for working with us.

> We just had kitchen counter tops installed and from the beginning to the end the staff was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I would recommend Granite Plus to anyone looking for great service. Did I also mention, very reasonably priced!!

> I hired Granite Plus after a recommendation from a friend. We had tub surround and 2 vanities done in marble in new construction. The first issue was during templating, I was told that they would be there between 12 & 2, at 2:15 they finally called and said they were running late and were on their way, they didn't arrive until 4:30. My builder was there during the template and was available for any questions. During the install I was there as well. I am very disappointed in the seams of tub surrounded. Since they couldn't do a one piece cutout because of possible breakage during transport, they told me there would be seams .At the very least I thought they would try to match the seams, my slab was more than large enough. But the biggest issue was with my 2nd floor vanity, they failed to notify myself or my builder that there were protective shipping stabilizers that needed to be removed so that the marble could be in stalled on the vanity. They just installed on top of these, now it sits 1 1/2 inches above the vanity with a gap all the way around. I now they noticed that something wasn't right because they had to use multiple shims to level it. I called and reported to my salesperson and was told that the manager would call me but I never heard a word. When my builder asked if they needed anything nothing was said by the installers or the template. It was our job to make sure the vanity was ready for countertops but I would have thought either one or the other would have pointed out that these needed to be removed. It looks stupid and totally wrong, and can't be removed w/o breaking the slab. I will not be recommending to anyone else in my development. Update 12/19 The owner of Granite Plus reached out to me and fixed the issue with my vanity. After speaking with her we found out there was a missed communication concerning my vanity, I never got an email that was sent to address the issue. I feel that she is very caring about her business and wants her customers to be happy and satisfied. They returned and corrected the problem, arrived on time and were done quickly.

> Cottage Advisors and The Cottages at River Hill highly recommend Fabiana and her team at Granite Plus. Not only were they able meet or exceed all of our strict deadlines but they did so in a friendly, respectable manner. Fabiana was able to offer us achievable pricing as well as quick install after templating. We built 30 cottage-style homes in 18 months and we don't have even one complaint about Granite Plus. Exceptional service!
>
> We look forward to working with Granite Plus on all of our future projects.

> I've been using Granite Plus for a year now and have been extremely satisfied with the results. They are prompt in getting estimates back, stay on target with their estimates and have always completed my projects in a timely manner. The teams that template and install are incredibly respectful of my clients homes.

> As a professional Kitchen Designer with nearly 30 years experience, I can relate to the "war stories" I hear from Mrs. and Mr. Homeowner and the new contractors I meet. Without hesitation, I will say that Granite Plus is one company I will always keep in my (very) short list of go-to people. The main reason is their people. When I asked them to walk a mile with me, they went two... and then asked if they could do something more.

**★★★★★ — Lisa Rastellini, March 2015**

> I definitely recommend Granite Plus. They are not only knowledgeable and experienced, but they also have the ability to meet the tough deadlines I am up against. Their pricing meets my strict budget and beats many other granite businesses in the area.

If you're looking for a perfectly black granite countertop, this is your top choice. In fact, many homeowners are surprised when I tell them that this material is natural. With very little variation in the stone, it looks quite similar to man-made quartz, but it is indeed natural. This color is often used in classic black-and-white kitchens,…
