> Lydia is on time, completes the work as scheduled, manages and communicates costs, brings a great design eye to the project, and actually works the jobs. We interviewed five contractors for the main bath remodel and Lydia was the only one that could bring all of these qualities. Our project had an unforeseen issue (as if often the case in remodels) and Lydia stuck with us, correcting the issue in a timely manner. In the current contractor environment where speed and job completion often take precedent to quality and communication, we are grateful to know Lydia and will continue to call on her when projects arise.
