From consultation through execution, the team at STSOD could not have been more prepared for the task. Melissa and Jean were able to demonstrate the value of our custom home after we vacated the premises with most of our furniture and decor. Taking the task of highlighting the home's features by re-creating an open, modern and cozy feel was no small task but was executed flawlessly. The end result, we received 18 offers, four of which were all cash and all were asking price or greater. Ultimately, the buyer acquired the home purchasing all of the furniture and decor as they could not imagine it any differently. The time from listing to close was completed in under 30 days. We were so impressed by every interaction and detail, we hired the same team to furnish and decorate our new home! > > As a side note, our realtor at Coach stated, they have never seen such a response to a listing. There were 16 showings prior to the open house and over 60 unique visitors attending the open house that was completed all within one week of the listing. What originally was a small project involving a large newly purchased summer/weekend home, that was to be purchased partially furnished and only need some “freshening up”, quickly evolved into a home being purchased completely empty and in need of a full interior paint job, floor refinishing and all rooms needing furnishing. > > STSOD offered a “soup to nuts” plan for getting the home in shape on a budget and with a relatively tight timeline. They were super professional, easy to work with and constantly in touch about the project, the timeline, budget etc. Early on we provided our “vision” which was a few magazine clippings and the caveat that we had young kids and wanted a low maintenance, relaxing, uncluttered, and welcoming home.
