We ended up going with the Signature top down bottom up cellular shades for the bedrooms and Signature Faux Wood blinds for the rest of the house. When the blinds came in Alan called to set up an appointment to install them , again he was on time for the appointment. The blinds fit the windows perfectly and Alan took the time to go over how they worked, how to clean them and the amazing warranty that came with them that you would never get from that big box store and the cost was very reasonably as well.
