> Working with Dado on our home was a true creative process. Home renovations come with more than their fair share of complexity and challenges, but because Dado shouldered them on our behalf, there was ample spaciousness for the actual creative process to breathe.
>
> Megan has a unique talent for translating felt senses into physical spaces. While the average design process is rooted in visual discourse, Megan knows how to lead from the final felt sense we were longing for. For us, this was so much more than choosing a color palette or a design era to draw from. Our process was a reclamation of our space after a challenging time in our lives, and Megan understood the weight of that mission.
>
> Now, when we have loved ones over, they can sense the outcome we were hoping for; there is a peacefulness they note upon entering and a slowness they soften into even when they can't name the specific design choices behind it.

> Megan is a design force of nature. I have worked with her twice, so if anything shows I have had a positive experience, it’s signing up for a second project after having done one start to finish! My largest concern with writing this review is that she may become too busy to help me should I need a third!
>
> One thing I realized when setting up my first home was how unique each designer’s style is. It is pretty important that you generally align with prior projects and the overall style. I very much do, which keeps me coming back to work with her more. I find my interests do not always align well with designers, but I feel very much in sync with Megan's style!
>
> Each designer also has a unique process about billing and how costs are handled. I have found Megan to be transparent and fair which was critical for me. Home design is not an inexpensive process, but I feel you get value from the work, and the costs are clear and reasonable.
>
> There is a process that takes you from start to finish which Megan can explain. As a lay person, I will say it’s not totally intuitive when first starting down the path, but then it starts to make sense. (and makes even more sense the second time!)
>
> My favorite part of working with Megan are the aspects of the design you can’t quite understand when you first hear of them or see a drawing. I trust the process, communicate my thoughts, and then magically once it all comes together and looks amazing! Megan will frequently show you a model and a picture board of the vibe, and even with that, it is hard to imagine what it will feel like in the space. I love that the outcome is so much better than I could have done, and even better than it sounds when you first hear it. That’s my favorite part!
>
> I hope Megan keeps doing this for a while, because my plan is to use Dado again for design needs in the future!

> We worked with Megan to re-design our condo’s first floor including full kitchen reno, living, dining, and powder room. We are very happy with the result and very happy with how the whole process went with Megan and her team and highly recommend. Megan is very clear about her design vision - it’s calming and clean and involves natural elements and textures, with areas of really beautiful highlights. For a small space, this was a perfect way to eliminate clutter and build a consistent look throughout. Megan was great to work with on a project that took longer than expected and involved some frustrating contractor episodes. She was always pleasant and upbeat, no pretensions, and collaborative with us and the contractor. She was willing to explain her reasons for her recommendations, listen to our concerns and make adjustments as needed. Computer design helped to illustrate her points and allowed us to see options. Most of the time we ended up doing as she suggested because she was just so clear and confident- and she was right! She planned a mix of really nice custom pieces, some basic furniture, and some previously owned pieces that she had customized. All in all it was a great experience.

> We’ve worked with Dado on two major remodels, first a mid-century modern and more recently a complete renovation of a more traditional 1913 home. Though the two projects had completely different styles, Megan was able to blend the architectural details of each with her vision and signature style to create the perfect combination of warmth and modern detail. She understood our taste and somehow managed to create spaces that feel like us, but in a way we could never have imagined without her. I also appreciated her ability to combine higher-end pieces with more cost-effective options - that balance allowed us to achieve a vision we could never have otherwise. I can’t imagine renovating another home without her and the Dado team.

> Within minutes of talking with Megan, it was clear that she was not only an expert at her craft, but a true artist, and the right fit for our project. We were immediately drawn to her "whole design" approach to completely transform our outdated craftsman style home into a warm, tranquil, modern space that would still welcome a family. Megan listened to our goals and was able to envision a creative output that we could never have imagined. Her ability to blend traditional design details with more modern architectural elements allowed her to deliver on the creative integrity of her vision. Megan's team at Dado is lean and nimble, always willing to step in to assist with any tasks throughout the process. We found the team to be very responsive and solution-oriented, not to mention a pleasure to work with during and after the project. We were so fortunate to find Megan and feel like our space is truly a work of art.

> Dado Design did an extraordinary job bringing our 1962 mid-century modern home to life. Within 15min of walking through our door, we knew that Megan was the right fit. She was masterful at blending the architectural soul of our house with our own personalities to truly create our dream home. Megan's ability to listen and quickly get to know us made the design process incredibly easy and efficient. We absolutely loved her ideas and the beautiful way that she incorporated the architectural highlights of our home with our own personal style. She quickly earned our complete trust and was invaluable in keeping our renovation on track and moving forward during the entire 6 month project. Megan was impeccable with her word, unwavering in her accountability and consistently showed up with complete honesty and integrity. We will absolutely work with her again and refer her to our closest friends and family.

> This was my second project with Dado. Megan helped me renovate a cast iron loft in SoHo in NYC. Megan's modern aesthetic is in perfect alignment with mine, and she always finds unique items that make a place feel special. On top of that she's wonderful to work with and also sets realistic expectations, which is crucial when working with a designer. I could not recommend her more!

> After a couple of failed attempts with other design firms we were fortunate to find Megan Moore. We were looking for a modern, somewhat minimalist design for our newly built condo in Cherry Creek North. We especially liked Megan’s approach to design: specifically to look at the entire space and consider its flow from every perspective. Megan is a gifted designer who understands the needs of her clients. She spent considerable time talking to us to fully understand what we wanted. Our work together felt like a collaboration and partnership. We always felt engaged and informed. We also appreciated the transparency with product selection and pricing.
>
> Megan brought together a talented team of artisans and skilled craftsmen to complete the design vision. From wall coverings to custom furniture pieces we were always impressed with the quality of the workmanship. And, we were never surprised about costs or timing.
>
> We’ve gone back to Megan several times since our first project together. Our condo is now a Zen-like place of calm and beauty that we enjoy every day. We highly recommend Megan as a designer.

**★★★★★ — Natalie Piquette, March 2017**

> Megan was instrumental in our design for updating a 1950's ranch and creating a cohesive and intentional feel for our space. Dado was a huge help! It was a great experience working with Megan and we would recommend Dado Design to others. We used Megan for the original space planning and again a year later with the final touches of a few main living spaces. Big help.

> I hired dado to do a complete redesign of my downtown Denver penthouse. Megan Moore was the lead designer who went out of her way to get to know my personality, tastes, lifestyle and what was important to me. The design was current but not trendy, on budget but not cheap, high style but not pretentious. I could not be more pleased with the process and outcome. When friends visit me they are amazed at the transformation of my home. If I had to do it all over again I'd hire dado and their design team--without a doubt!!

**★★★★★ — Julie Selsberg, Dec. 2016**

> Megan is phenomenal. We bought a brand new home in February of 2016 and had hardly anything to go in it. We gave her a budget, and she got a sense of what we liked. Then, she came back with options for each room starting out with furniture pieces. We took most of her selections right off the bat, but the front room gave us some trouble and she was very patient as we worked, and re-worked that room until it was just what we were looking for. She stayed within our budget without compromising style so we have a great mix of designer pieces, to-the-trade items and a few regular store items that you'd never know were from a regular store because of the way she incorporated them into the rest of the room. She also worked in a few of our existing pieces of furniture and our art. The final step was to add plants and accessories, and she chose things that we wouldn't even know existed. Each room is so unique, but all of it ties together seamlessly. She is patient in explaining why she chose the things she did and how the rooms tie together with the architecture of the house. It has been an incredible experience, and we absolutely love being in our house and using every single room -- something we didn't do before.

> We hired Megan to help us update an apartment in Denver. She transformed a dated apartment into a beautiful modern and comfortable home for us. Megan is not only a talented designer with a great sense of color and design, but someone who collaborated effectively and efficiently, listening to our wants, needs, likes., and dislikes. In addition, since we spend half the year out of state, and had to do much of the selections remotely via emails, Megan and Mark were able to do it all. From construction permits to hiring and supervising trades people to moving new and old furniture in and out......"..they did it seamlessly".
> We needed someone who could make all these arrangements and get the job done without us being in state. Megan and Mark did not disappoint Communicating with weekly updates and future projection dates we were informed every step pf the way
> . When we finally came into town we were greeted with a beautiful apartment which did not disappoint... It was like a HTV experience. We give Megan and Mark our highest recommendations.. They truly made our apartment into a second home which we love....
