Our house was zoned historic and it was complicated to get permits but Bill pulled it all off. From the permits/design to the finished product Bill handled it all and the outcome speaks for itself. This was a total re-build from the studs and the cottage style and detail is second to none. We asked Bill to pull off some VERY creative build outs and he never hesitated and came up with creative ideas to add to ours. From the vaulted ceilings with amazing beam work to the reclaimed hard wood floors and all the detail in between Bill showed just how talented he really is. Not only did they do the entire house they also put in 2 x's 4ft retaining walls and a bocce court in between down by the creek and built a shed from scratch with custom sliding barn doors. He kept to budget and the timeline we asked of him. We will never build with anyone else again. We are a few years into our new house and we have yet to have any issues with his work.
