I placed an order mid-April and I have had nothing but poor service and excuses since. Randy has been giving me updates every so often (sometimes after I request an ETA 3 times). He is very nice about telling me the shipment is going to be delayed again. I keep requesting delivery info and I keep getting excuses blaming manufacturing for dates sliding or that ETA's are unavailable. The original ship date agreed to was 6/14 although I'd hoped for early June. I explained I had refrigerated wine being delivered 6/24 so this could work. They pushed it back to 6/28. Now they claim it's going to be delayed again until mid-July. I'm not sure that's reality. When I asked them what I should do with over 300 bottles of refrigerated wine arriving from London and Napa they said maybe I should find someone to store it for me. And they still can't confirm a real ship date telling me basically they'll know when it's done. I'm wondering why they took my order (and my money so quickly), knowing they have no control over manufacturing and the delivery date.
