We were already pleased with their work, but they went above and beyond. When the project started I mentioned that if possible I'd love for our new deck to be done by a certain date that we were hosting family with many kids. Initially the plan was to be completed well before then, but unforseeable complications and significant weather delays caused the timeline to be pushed back beyond that weekend. However, just as we were brainstorming other ways to entertain the family, BuildWright called (remembering our event) with plans to ensure that the deck, while not fully done, was going to be fully safe and useable for our family weekend. Not only that, but they also took so much extra time and effort to clean up the entire workspace and even powerwash the deck. It barely looked like a mid-construction project. My whole family was commenting how that kind of personal touch and effort was "unheard of" in the industry.
