The home had already been gutted, cleaned, and professionally treated immediately after the flooding, so the primary scope of work was rebuilding the home and replacing the plumbing. > > The owner continues to claim my project stopped because I lacked funds. My experience was different. The project stopped after I refused to pay additional charges for plumbing work that I had fully disclosed before signing the contract, including photos, videos, and a plumbing inspection showing full pipe replacement was needed. I was told this work was included in the original quote. > > The owner has been extremely challenging to work with throughout this process. In my experience, customer service and addressing legitimate concerns appear to be at the bottom of his priority list.
