> I have had a considerable amount of experience with Kolby Construction dating back to 2002 when they put on an enclosed screened porch for me which far exceeded my expectations. Since then we have remodeled a master suite with a full bathroom addition, remodeled our family room with fireplace and stunning built-ins, completely remodeled our kitchen and had Kolby Construction back to install crown moulding and chair rail throughout our home. They have always completed each project in a timely manner, were extremely professional, provided design ideas for each project, and were extremely competitive in their pricing. Kolby Construction brings a depth to all projects large and small that is seldom seen today. It is obvious to me that they enjoy what they do and are commtted to bringing excellence to their customers. I strongly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

> Kolby construction completely renovated my master bathroom, installing a larger (6 foot) jacuzzi tub, new marble shower, marble flooring which both also had inlay of glass backsplash for accent in the floor, shower and vanity.  The closet had to be adjusted due to the longer tub, they installed a wardrobe unit in the closet.  My bedroom they tore up carpet and put in a hard wood floor, also installed hardwood in the hallway between rooms, also put up molding in my bedroom along with taking down all wallpaper and completely repainted the entire downstairs of my home (5 rooms) and my bedroom, master bath and guest bath upstairs, guest bath upstairs installed marble flooring also. Installed recessed lighting in kitchen and new lighting in guest bath and master bathroom.  Installed new countertops kitchen and two guest bathrooms. Installed glass backsplash on the face of the fireplace (looks absolutely gorgeous) along with glass backsplash each bathroom and kitchen.  My master bedroom and bath now feels like a 5 star class hotel, I absolutely love it along with everything else Kolby Construction Company did in my home.  They were very easy to work with, Phil Kolby also had great ideas that helped me determine what I wanted, my master bath came out even better than I had planned due to some additional ideas Phil hardy.  They are very knowledgeable, professional, absolutely enjoyed having them update my home and would use them on any future projects without

I like the entry door.  Can you tell me the manufacturer so I can inquire about one for my house?  Also is this a wood door, fiberglass or steel?

A: Sorry for the delay in answering, but this was done about a year ago :) I believe it is 
MS International Greecian White 12 in. x 12 in. Polished Marble Floor and Wall Tile.  Our client actually found it at the local Home Depot store! Thanks!

**Q: Paint Colors?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you tell me color of paint of exterior and the shutters?

A: The body of the house is painted in Benjamin Moore's Rockport Gray :)

**Q: How do you decide what width shutter is correct** *(in Photo Questions)*

I have a wide bow window and two smaller windows (not the same width.)
My front door is just the door with, I have enough room for a 12inch shutter.
The door is black with full length glass, so I was thinking black shutter for door and a different colour for the windows.
Please advise.

A: Our shutter sizes are determined onsite directly with our customers, and should be aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
